PNH COLOR GUARD

Join PNH Color Guard for our 2014 season!

Perform with this award winning group!

The PNH Color Guard performs with the PNH Marching Viking Band in the Fall at football games, pep rallies, parades, and competitions.

The PNH Marching Band has placed 4th in the Greater Saint Louis marching competition at Lindenwood University this past season, and earned 2nd place at the Music on the Meramec Competition at Fox high school.

The color guard has placed in the top three of their caption numerous times at the band competitions.

What is Color Guard?

Color Guard is an art form that uses dance, flags, rifles, and sabres to enhance a Marching Band’s show.

No experience is necessary!

We will begin holding clinics at Parkway North sometime in April, which will take place over a series of weeks, and will include hands on instruction, and will end with an audition.

We then hold weekly practices in the summer, and then join the Marching Viking Band for band camp, which is held at Parkway North in July.

We hold weekly practices during the fall individually as a section and with the Marching Viking Band.

This unique activity requires hard that DOES pay off and is also a way to make lots of friends.
