A Summary on Space Spinoffs
Space Spinoffs are items or objects that NASA created that now become an item we use down on Earth to use as one of are resources during our lives.
Frozen Dried food
NASA invented frozen dried for astronauts. Further than, NASA worked on it and joined up with a company and they created frozen dried food for people like us because they found out that chewy food is A better for your teeth and B these dried food gives you more vitamins.
Sunglasses
Do you ever wonder who actually created sunglasses? Well NASA was the one who came up with the sunglasses because they needed a source for a satellite for the sun. They created this ultra-violet lens for humans because NASA researchers found out that the human eye is damaged by solar radiation and artificial lighting. So therefore companies teamed up with NASA to create sunglasses that we used today to block our eyes from the sun.
Camera's for your phones
This is pretty strange, but behind this little camera is where science happens and this is were NASA comes in. In the 1990s NASA researchers found different ways to improve a image by using a tiny camera and using it to make a bigger picture afterwards. Today, many people use their cameras a lot; they probably didn't even know who created this tiny camera to make a bigger picture.
