Morning Arrival: PLEASE READ
- If you are dropping off in the car line, please pull through the parking lot on the South side of the building, follow the curb, pull up as close to the #1 as you can and let your student out of the car.
- HUGE thank you to our Morning Greeters who have volunteered to greet parents, and students in the morning car line! If you are interested in becoming a morning greeter, please shoot me and email to let me know!
- If you are walking your child to the front door, please park in the lot on the West side of the building. All students will enter through the front doors, with the exception of bus riders (now enter through the Boys and Girls Club Doors).
- Morning Drop Off: The earliest you may drop your child off is 8:20 a.m. Please do not drop your child off any earlier than 8:20 since there is no one available to supervise. Should you need child care before 8:20, please contact the Boys and Girls Club. BGC provides before and after school care for your child.
We appreciate ALL parents helping to keep students safe in the parking lot! If you are pulling through and letting your child out of the car, PLEASE USE THE CAR LINE. We do not have a car line in the front of the building (West side), this parking lot is reserved for parents who park and walk their child to the front door.
Lastly, thank you for driving SLOW through our parking lot. There are parents and students who walk from the front parking lot to the front doors and it is IMPERATIVE that parents are driving slow as parking and pulling out. You will be approached or contacted by a school staff member or school police if you are driving too fast through the parking lot. YOUR children are our #1 focus and this is necessary in order to keep ALL students safe.

We "Spin to Win"...
On our birthday!!!
New Morning Procedure:
Morning Rise and Shine began this week!! Rise and Shine is a short and fun assembly, and takes place daily in our gym from 8:20 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. During this assembly, students will recite the school mission and vision, pledge, have opportunities to be recognized for good behavior, hear what’s being served for lunch, listen to morning announcements, see who is having a birthday, cheer along with their peers, and much much more! This is an excellent way for your child to start their day and I hope that all of our students will be here by 8:20 a.m. to join in on the fun.
