American Airlines offers a flight leaving DFW to NAS (Lynden Pindling International) on July 2nd and returning July 7th. For one adult passenger, the price is $628 round-trip for flight 1005 which departs at 12:15 pm and arrives at 4:38 pm. Returning flight 2195 on July 7th departs at 1:05 pm and arrives in DFW at 3:35 pm.

Delta offers a flight (DL 1890) leaving on July 2nd DFW at 5:45 am and arriving at 11:55 am. Although, this flight stops in Atlanta (DL 660) before arriving at NAS. Returning flight (DL 554) departs NAS on July 7th at 8:20 am and arrives in DFW at 1:48 pm after making a stop in Atlanta (DL 2110). Price for one adult passenger is $773.60 round-trip.

US Airways offers a non-stop flight (US 1005) leaving DFW at 12:15 pm and arriving at NAS around 4:38 pm. Returning flight (US 4222) from NAS departs at 7:15 am and arrives back in DFW at 1:05 pm, this flight includes one stop in MIA (US 969). For one adult passenger, the price is $643.25 round-trip.

Andros Barrier Reef-- scuba dive in one of the most beautiful parts of the world! Full of day of diving, around $140 per person. Shark Observation Dive, $100.

Reel Tight Charters-- experience some of the best fishing, around $300 for boat and fishing.

Morgan's Bluff-- explore the area where it is believed that Sir Henry Morgan buried his treasure. Free to go!

Shine's Conch Shack --- Known for their famous conch (a food specific to the Bahamas) -- Shine's Conch Shack provides a fun atmosphere to enjoy a cold beer, fritters, and relax. Cheap.

Reefside Restaurant and Bar --- Located right on the beach, our restaurant serves fresh home-cooked food that is among the best on the island. We are open for breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack; and we also offer delicious three-course dinners with fresh lobster, fish, ribs, chicken and steaks on the menu. Fine dining.


Obviously, there are many things to be cautious of while on a vacation. But some warnings specific to Bahamas are as followed:
