1. Mantra's for May.
A "mantra" is a short group of words that are put together that hold meaning. It could be a phrase, a statement, or even a slogan, but a real mantra is something that possesses power. Its intent is to add concentration to the desired outcome. As part of our personal responsibility to wellness, we must take on our personal mantra and live that out!
Why take time to put mental and emotional energy in coming up with a phrase for yourself? The answer is the fact that there is power in spoken words. Words can give us energy, they have the ability to either help or hurt, to heal or to hinder, to uplift or tear down, to give or to take, and they bring respect or resentment. It's even been said the power of life and death is in the tongue. With that reality, hone in on your mantra and say it over your life until you see if before your eyes.
Not only are we breaking ground tomorrow, but our associates are also breaking records! The Coliseum had a record breaking 1,726 check-ins for April. We are setting the bar higher than ever, steaming with ambition and moving toward healthier lifestyle habits.
What will your sacred utterance be? What is your own cultural ethos? For yourself, your family, your career?
What we speak out we tend to live out. Join in and let us know your mantra. A very neat thing happens when we all begin to speak a similar language, it culminates in our culture!
We set a challenge forth. We want to hear what your mantra will be for 2017. Look at these 5 quick steps in marching to your own mantra:
1. Identify your mantra- Bring awareness home, make it personal, relative and doable. Shoot for 5 words or less.
2. Share that mantra- keep it visible all year.
3. List how that mantra will manifest in 2017.
4. Get accountable - find an accountability partner or two.
5. Give yourself a grade every quarter.

3. Weekend Yoga Retreat with Our Very Own Essud Fungcap!
Join Essud and other instructors for a weekend of Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation. Learn exercises and tools to relive stress and improve flexibility.

4. Check Out the New Stuff!
New to the Coliseum are 6 cardio pieces of equipment: 2 new Matrix treadmills, 2 new Matrix StepMills (stair climbers), and 2 new Matrix rowers. Experience the state-of-the-art equipment with new technology. You can create your own profile and keep track of your workout results. You can also use the touchscreens for virtual reality runs and climbs.

She is ready to answer questions and show you how to correctly operated the machines and equipment. Not sure how to put it all together? She can help with that too. Simply show up with your questions and get ready to begin your routine.
