Springs Studio for Academic Excellence, May Edition
A note from Executive Principal, Mr. Knoche
Families,
As we move one step closer to warmer weather and summer, we have been diligently preparing for the 19-20 school year. Here are the priority areas for improvement:
- Increase parental access into grades, progress and content mastery for graduation. One Gradebook
- Increase communication systems and gradually move away from email as a primary communication tool for students. REMIND
- Single Sign-on for all users and the simplification of multiple platforms.CLASSLINK
- Better use of campus space to support small group instruction and more individualized attention for students.
- Balance of flexibility and student outcomes.
- Increasing opportunities for all students
- Clearer guidelines for limited full virtual options.
We are inviting families (parents of students in grade 7-12) to attend a Town Hall type meeting to help manage change efficiently and provide clarity on the direction of SSAE. My main priorities are to streamline systems, increase the transparency of coursework expectations, and increase community involvement.

Sincerely,
David Knoche
Executive Principal
