Celebrations!
- Wonderful trip to Sky Ranch! Thank you Al, Lauren, Megan, Rebecca, Susan, and Tonya for taking time away from family and friends to accompany our 4th graders to Sky Ranch!
- Thank you for being flexible with schedules on Friday for our first morning pep rally!
- KC Club did a fantastic job leading our pep rally! Thank you Abbey for leading KC Club!
- Fantastic fifth grade performances on Thursday! Thank you Ashley for facilitating our Texans! Thank you Hannah for leading the students in set design! Thank you fifth grade team for your flexibility with schedules and rehearsals!
- A HUGE thank you to each and every staff member for participating and encouraging our Texans to participate in Red Ribbon Week! Thank you Abbey for a great week!

Veteran's Day Celebration: This year we will honor our Veterans with a celebration on MONDAY, November 6 at 8:00 a.m. The celebration will be on Monday because Ashley will be at music conference on Friday and this will allow out of town guests to stay the weekend. Be looking for more information soon!
TEA's Message Requesting Feedback: HB 22 A-F State Accountability System Domain 2: The Commissioner of Education, Mike Morath, is asking for your input on various issues concerning the new A-F Accountability System. Below you will find a link to a recorded presentation over the School Progress Domain 2.
Once you have viewed the recording, please complete the brief survey asking for your feedback on the development of Domain 2. We have figured out how you can get a notification when a teacher has entered a phase 5 plan for a student!!!! Are you as excited as I am!!!!! Your name will now be listed as the students' advisor and when a teacher creates or updates a 5 phase plan, they will just need to hit the Mark as Updated button (shown below) and you will get an email notifying you that an update has been made to the student's plan.

parents can stop by before or after their student led conference for a special shopping time before the main fair begins Monday, Nov. 6.
Friday, Nov. 3 Book Fair Closed for Fall Carnival and Sock Hop. This will be student and staff preview and wish list day.
I'll have a Preview and shopping schedule ready for sign ups by this Friday. Catalogs will be sent home in Friday Folders Nov. 3.
