There is a convention in the video, film and television industries which assigns names and guidelines to common types of shots, framing and picture composition.
Long Shot
The connotations of a long shot is to understand the relationship of the character and their environment
Medium Shot
Connotations of a medium shoot is to be familiar with the character and their motive
Close Up
A close up shows the character emotions
Extreme close up
Draws the audience on the characters emotion to create tension
Point of View
Engaging the audience to the character's motive

Shows relationship between two character
