Illuminate DnA Year-to-Year Rollover SY 2022

The Illuminate DnA Year to Year Rollover session offers hands-on instruction for DnA System Admins to configure terms, sites, courses, code management, users and more for the upcoming new school year. System Admins are instructed and informed how to prepare their DnA client application for the new school year while waiting until their district’s MISTAR Q Student Information System rollover is completed. Once the MISTAR Q SIS is rolled over to the new school year by the client’s Q System Administrator or RESA IT, DnA System Admins will enable the DnA’s Core Data Automation Profile to begin the new school year nightly export/import process from Q to DnA. This process will refresh Illuminate DnA with the new school year’s courses, student rosters, enrollment, instructional programs, student demographics, users, attendance, marks, and more each night as changes are made in the MISTAR Q. Only one DnA System Admin per district must complete and manage this configuration. DnA System Admins will need System Administrator role/permissions in MISTAR Q (or an equivalent role/permissions) to view and manage term, schools, courses, staff, and more in their district MISTAR Q Student Information System.

Participants are encouraged to come in partners or teams as they explore the tool and consider data that would be helpful as part of their district's continuous improvement process.
