One week to go!!
January 17, 2020
This week, we had our annual Titan night to go over course options for students next year. It was a very well attended event with a packed auditorium of nearly 700 guests. Huge thank you to Mrs. Marcello and all the staff who came in to represent their departments. The course selection process continues with Willink School Counselors meeting with our incoming 9th grade and our Thomas School Counselors will be meeting individually with each student during a PE class sometime before the February break.
Once conversations have been had, selections will be mailed home with final registration due by the end of April. Here is a link to the course selection book if you would like to peruse our course options:

January Titan Athletes of the Month
Ava Pezzimenti
Sport: Indoor Track
Coach: Jenn Forsey
Reason why you nominated this athlete: Ava comes to each practice ready to work and gives every practice all she has. Ava has shown that hard work has benefits by improving her 55m time with a PR and taking off 1.5 seconds this season in her 300m. She also was the anchor of the 4x200 team that broke a 7 year old record by 2.4 seconds. Ava is a pleasure to be around, always cracking jokes and making the team (and coaches) laugh.
Andrew Mason
Sport: Basketball
Coach: Griffin Coles
Reason why you nominated this athlete: As a National Honor Society member, Andrew set up and ran a youth basketball clinic for Webster kids in November along with teammates Nick Linder, Aristo Visca, and Aidan Thomas. Andrew is a captain on the basketball team and is leading our team in scoring (21.4) and assists (3.7). He was the MVP of the Eastridge Tip-Off Tournament to start the season. He is a captain and is our vocal leader and leads by example with his effort and competitiveness in practice everyday.
