How the Sui Dynasties came to power
The Han Dynasty were no longer in power and China fell into civil war. China was separated, and for over three hundred and fifty years was ruled by different groups of local leaders and warlords. However in 589 CE a new dynasties came into power. The emperor's name was Yang Jian, and he started the Sui Dynasties. This is how the Sui Dynasty began but unfortunately lost their reign to the Tang dynasty in 618 CE.
