SHARK SHOUTOUTS
SHARK SHOUT OUT to Detective Brackett of the Harwich Police Department! Det. Brackett was kind enough to have a zoom meeting with me that also included students in my Seminar classes. He answered students' questions about policing, about the problems our country has seen this year in policing, and about our local police departments' relationships with communities of color, with our youth, and with everyone in general. He gave my Seminar almost an hour of his time, and we so appreciate his thoughtful answers, his patience, and his kindness. Thank you Det. Brackett! -Ms. Lisa Forte-Doyle
- A shout out to the many people who have supported our distance learning seminar as we work together to get it off and running - including our Special Ed staff, Mimi and Jazmyn, Guidance, Jen and Dave, and especially Matt Brown, Lisa- Forte-Doyle, and Rich Houston whose passion, knowledge, and support of our students is inspiring. -Mr. George Sowpel

On Thursday the team hosted the Sandwich Knights. Everything was clicking offensively and defensively for the Sharks. Young gun Ryan Laramee slotted one past the Sandwich goalkeeper in the first quarter to give Monomoy the edge. That was all they needed to win as the boys beat Sandwich 1-0 on the Turf. Senior Captain Sean Deveau and his defensive line get their 2nd consecutive shutout and 3rd on the year. The Sharks go to Plymouth to play Rising Tide on Tuesday and play Sturgis East on Thursday as the boys near the halfway mark on their season.(1-1-3)(W-L-T)
