As you build your home learning plans for fall, consider some of these outstanding online learning resources. Check with your LPP for access to district-provided subscription options such as Lexia, Dreambox, and Epic.

Beginning Sept. 30th, you can pick up books from BFPP's library! To get started now: Put books on hold using the school library catalog. When the books are ready, you’ll be notified via email. No need to contact us, just drive by and pick up the library books, dropping off your previous check outs at the same time.

New to ordering? Here’s how:

1. Go online to:

3. Sign up using your student's first and last name.

4. Shop the flyers and pay online for your order. You can choose from any and all of the many different flyers available.

5. Please email and let her know you've ordered so we can arrange delivery of your books.

6. Books should arrive the second week of October.

College Bound Scholarship

Middle School Students: Are you interested in health care? Construction? Video game design? Whatever your career goals, the College Bound Scholarship will help you attend and pay for the school that is right for you! College Bound is an early commitment of state financial aid to eligible students who sign up in middle school and fulfill the College Bound pledge. It covers average tuition, fees, and a book allowance at over 60 colleges, universities, and technical schools in Washington.

Each year, the "Every Kid Outdoors" program offers a free Federal Parks, Lands, and Waters Pass to all 4th grader students. Click here to sign up and get your pass for the year!

Climate Action Week

The City of Bellingham is hosting its second annual ALL IN for Climate Action Week from September 20-27. This is a week full of virtual and self-guided events that highlight all the climate action work happening in our community as well as opportunities to do more. Events include a book club, yoga class, week-long vegan festival, trivia night, youth events, panel discussions about climate justice, film showings, and more! Find a full list of events here.
