Center of Hope Food Drive

The Tison NJHS and PTA are continuing the collection of food items for the Parker County Center of Hope program through the rest of the month of April. We need your donations, please! Although holidays are a popular time of year to collect food, the reality is that food is needed year-round.The food you donate to the Center of Hope Food Drive directly affects families in Weatherford and across Parker County.

TISON BAND NEWS

The Tison Bands competed in UIL Concert and Sight Reading contests on April 12th and April 13th.


The Concert Band received a 1st Division (Superior) Rating for Concert and received a 2nd Division (Good) Rating for Sight Reading. The Symphonic Band received a 1st Division (Superior) Rating for both Concert and Sight Reading, which earned them a SWEEPSTAKES this year.


Both groups worked very hard and did an amazing job! Mrs. Page and Mr. McNew are very proud of all participating band students!

TISON TENNIS NEWS

Officially winning their tennis match 19-0, the Tison Tennis Team swept Peaster off their feet on Tuesday, April 11th. T3 came to take care of business, and they left no stone unturned. The opponents' heads were still spinning before they knew what hit them. Congratulations to all of your wins! Coach Light is so proud of you!

Billy Landeros -- 7th Grader
