Characterization
She ran to me through the rain,water dripping down her face. Her feet slammed down in the puddles, splashing mud all over.
He looked at her, she was still. She had thick dark hair,and soft eyed. She moved so gracefully it seemed as though she were gliding.
Theme
The theme of this story is that love never dies, because even though Allie and Noah have been through a lot together, they still love each other.
Figurative language
"Questions danced in my mind like water drops in a frying pan."
"My love for her was so powerful, it could knock down walls."
