I am honored to announce that Mrs. Melanie Thompson of the Georgia Academy for the Blind has been selected a finalist for the title Georgia Teacher of the Year 2019!
Let us all congratulate Melanie and wish her well in further competition, culminating May 19.

Mystery Theater Presents: The Case of the Missing Box Tops Part 4
It seems like our detectives’ hard work has paid off! One of our detectives named Viola Thomas (GAB RA) found 190 and GAB student Angelica Lancaster found 30. NOW we’ve meet our goal of 1,000. That makes 2000 for the year. That is $200 to help with educational field trips.
Have no fear! We will be doing this next year, so keep saving them throughout the summer too! Check the list of participating providers at link below:
