Component 4E is important because
  • We are required to grow and develop our learning even once we are certified.
  • We must up to date and relevant when it comes to our content area and pedagogy.
  • We must be aware of effective strategies to use in our classrooms
  • We need to learn to learn from one another, allowing for job-embedded professional development.
  • We need to contribute to our colleagues knowledge and to the profession of teaching a large.

  • List of webinars or online conferences attended
  • List of professional development opportunities you attended (CEC or KDP artifacts work well here too!)
