ATTENTION SENIORS - PAY YOUR DUES

Class dues will be collected the week of December 16-20. You must pay all four years of dues in order to participate in any senior week activity. That means $40 total. If you aren't sure how much you've paid, see Mrs. Mahoney or Ms. Ring. Any student who hasn't paid their dues will NOT be sold tickets for Senior week.

HOLIDAY CARDS FOR VETERANS

The Interact Club is now collecting holiday cards for Veterans. Feel free to make a card or grab a piece of paper from the Nurses Office to make one! Once completed, please bring them to the nurse's office. Collection is open until 12/20. Lets spread some holiday joy!

PROGRESS REPORTS IN ASPEN - DECEMBER 16

Candy Canes are $1 each. Red = Love, Blue = Secret Admirer, Green = Friendship


Candy grams will be delivered on Friday, December 20 during G Block. You must know the Room # of recipient.

NYC TRIP FOR APRIL VACATION - OPENINGS

There are spots available for the New York trip during April Vacation. 4 days 3 nights in the Big Apple. It is a great way to polish off a freshman year or to complete an amazing senior year. See Mr. Moffat in room B-127.

SENIORS MUST VERIFY THAT THEIR NAME IS SPELLED CORRECTLY FOR THEIR DIPLOMA

Seniors stop by the main office or the guidance office before the end of December to verify the correct spelling of your name for your diploma. The deadline is December 21st.

WELLNESS COMMITTEE

The Wellness committee is looking for student committee members. This would look great on those college applications. The Wellness committee only meets 3 more times this school year so it is not a huge commitment. For more information please see Mrs. Constantino in the nurse's office.

STUDENT PARKING

Parking spaces are only for senior and junior students. If you wish to obtain a parking permit (and meet the set requirements), you will be issued a permit. The cost this school year for a parking permit is $150. All students must first register for a parking permit through CommunityPass at https://register.communitypass.net. You can pay the fee with a credit card or using your checking account through CommunityPass. You will be able to register and pay as of August 13th. See the insert with directions on logging into CommunityPass. After a student has registered for parking on CommunityPass the student should report to the TMHS office with a Xerox copy of their license and a Xerox copy of their registration.

The purpose of advisory is to foster a positive school culture and personalize all students’ learning experiences. One of the objectives of Advisory Block is to allow students time to figure out who they are, where they’re headed, and how they’re going to get there. Through advisory, each student has an additional teacher who knows them and can help them navigate high school so that they leave with a meaningful, personalized plan and are prepared for post secondary options.

LATE BUSSES

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY AFTERNOONS

The bus will pick up at 3:30pm at the high school on these days. This is a great opportunity for students to stay for extra help and participate in extracurricular activities!

You must sign up in the Main Office before the end of the school day.

Students participating in a club or activity must register at CommunityPass.

A student must pay a user fee of $50 per club with a student cap of $100 per year with the exception of Marching Band, Color Guard, and Winter Guard which implements a user fee of $150 per season as in athletic participation. The family cap per year for athletics is $600.


You may pay the user fee online through CommunityPass at https://register.communitypass.net with a credit card or by using your checking account. Students will not be allowed to participate in a club until the fee has been paid. All Tewksbury families have an account with CommunityPass. If you pay with a check please turn it in to the club advisor or to Ms. McCormick in the Main Office in a timely manner. Thank you.
