MANDATORY SOCIAL HOST MEETING

Thursday, February 28th at 7:15pm in the Dr. Christine L. McGrath Performing Arts Center

Juniors who are planning on attending the junior prom and their parents are required to attend this presentation by District Attorney Marian Ryan and Police Chief Tim Sheehan on Social Host Law and Underage Drinking. Students will not be allowed to purchase tickets to the junior prom if they and a parent have not attended the presentation.


Seniors and senior parents who did not attend the presentation last year and are planning on participating in Senior Week this year, MUST attend the presentation this year. Seniors will not be allowed to purchase tickets to Senior Week activities if they do not attend the presentation.

SCHOLARSHIP INFO

All senior students should be actively pursuing scholarship opportunities at this time. Students should visit their Naviance accounts, the Career Center, or the Guidance webpage to view available scholarships. Over the next 4-6 weeks, the number of available scholarships will more than double in size, so please check often!!


The Tewksbury Community Scholarship is now available for students to complete. The deadline to return a completed application is February 15th by 10:30am. This is the Friday before February vacation and it is a half day. This application needs to be filled out just once, but is used by many donors, so PLEASE take the time to complete this very simple application. It is now available in the Career Center.

LATE BUSSES

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY AFTERNOONS

The bus will pick up at 3:30pm at the high school on these days. This is a great opportunity for students to stay for extra help and participate in extracurricular activities!

You must sign up in the Main Office before the end of the school day.

Students participating in a club or activity must register at CommunityPass.

A student must pay a user fee of $50 per club with a student cap of $100 per year with the exception of Marching Band, Color Guard, and Winter Guard which implements a user fee of $150 per season as in athletic participation. The family cap per year for athletics is $600.


You may pay the user fee online through CommunityPass at https://register.communitypass.net with a credit card or by using your checking account. Students will not be allowed to participate in a club until the fee has been paid. All Tewksbury families have an account with CommunityPass. If you pay with a check please turn it in to the club advisor or to Ms. McCormick in the Main Office in a timely manner. Thank you.
