Cardiovascular Endurance
He had only been running for 7 minutes, but he was already exhausted with his heart thumping hard in his chest as if begging for a break. She repeated the task over and over again and over and over again she tried to exert more power until she seemed to simply be hitting the floor, as if punishing it for it's containment of gravity and means of exercise.
Reaction Time
It was the last round the last ball to send flying. Her opponent then served the ball, it was a fast one, but she reacted accordingly. The round continued like this while the ball seemed to get faster and more evasive. The ball flew to the floor, and in an attempt to save it she flew the floor and hit it high giving her time to get up. Her opponent swung one last time, but she was ready, determined to end this game now.

He was one of three now, all determined to beat the other, but he was sure that he was the fastest. He exerted everything the had into his two wings the world called legs, and flew.
