Pick-up and Drop Off Locations
Medication Pick-up
The clinic will be closing and all medications will need to be picked up by Friday, this includes all prescription medication and PRN medication, such as Advil, Tylenol, anything that was dropped off in the clinic. Please sign up for a time through the link below for pick-up. If you know you will not be picking up your student’s medication please send an email, this medication will be discarded at the end of the day on Friday. Please email the nurse with any questions.

Requesting a Verification of Enrollment (VOE)
- Refresh your screen and when entering the birthday. Tap on the calendar box and enter that way
- Do not include the leading “0” in the date and input. When entering the birthdate, use the following format m/dd/yyyy.
Summer School Updates
Our virtual summer school program will mostly serve students who need/want to take courses in order to recapture credit. Summer school will be done through remote learning. You may keep your Chromebook if needed. Please complete the acknowledgment form located at the top of the newsletter.
Session 1: June 8-June 26 Session 2: June 29-July 17 (no learning on July 3) $230 per session/course (adjusted to $138/$92 for students on F/R Lunch) Students may register for up to two courses per session

Opt-Out GPA
Spring 2020 semester GPA calculations policy:
Unless students take action to opt-out, as outlined herein, semester averages will count toward the student’s GPA for all high school courses taken in spring 2020; OR
Students may choose, by the deadline of June 12, to opt-out of having the grades for courses taken in spring 2020 included in the calculation of the GPA reported by the District.
To include the spring 2020 courses in the GPA calculation, no action is required.
To opt-out of including the spring 2020 courses in the GPA calculation, the following actions must be taken:
You must log into the Parent Portal and complete the ‘2020 Spring Remote Learning Grade Point Average (GPA) Opt-Out’ form* no later than June 12, 2020;
The parent and student must initial the boxes to indicate agreement; and
The parent and student must both electronically sign the form.
*The Opt-Out form will be available in Parent Portal beginning May 27
