Thank you PTA!
We are so thankful for all the fabulous things PTA does for our school. I'm so excited to share that thanks to PTA, up to 20 staff members have the chance to obtain a 2 year CPR certification on campus at the end of this school year. Providing this training to our staff shows one way they support our mutual goal of keeping students safe. Thank you so much PTA!
All Immunization records submitted for registration MUST be signed or stamped by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel per State of Texas requirements.

Field Trips
If your student will be going on a field trip AND has emergency medicaiton in the clinic such as an inhaler, epinephrine, benadryl, seizure medication or daily medication please be sure to read and completely fill out the additional permission page for off campus medications sent with the class permission slips and return to the nurse at least one week prior to the trip. No clinic medication can be sent on the trip without this permission. Please feel free to call the nurse with questions.
Medication at School
All medication must be dropped off and picked up by an adult. If possible please bring completed forms and medication at the same time. Please also note, all medication being dropped off must be given directly to the nurse and parents must sign off on amount delivered. Thank you!
