- Post pictures of scholars engaging in class work and activities 1-2x per week
- Share grade level newsletter every Friday on Class Dojo story
- Respond to all parent questions, comments or concerns within 24 hours
- Direct messages to families absent for two or more days

EAP Resources
All Uplift employees are eligible for Uplift's EAPs with no regard to medical enrollment. Our EAP encourages employees and those close to them to seek help early, before a minor problem becomes more serious. These resources are designed to address short-term issues and to identify resources and referrals for emergency and long-term issues. When in doubt, contact the EAP for help or support.
