Fall Reminders

Parents, as the weather changes, your child/children will be wearing sweaters, jackets, hats, gloves and coats. Please make sure you write your student's name in their items. At this time we have many items in our lost and found with no names; If your child is missing an item please have them look in the lost and found.

Reminders for the School Day

Parents, it is still highly encouraged that students continue to wear masks to school. Please make sure your child/children have a mask on before leaving home if you would like for them to continue wearing one.

Parents, student health and wellness continue to be a priority. Please send a water bottle to school with your child, clearly marked with their first and last name. Students will have the opportunity to refill it mid-day. Due to the amount of water spilled in the hallways, the amount of lost class time, and the amount of misbehavior at the water fountain, students will no longer be given cups.

Lost Student I.D. badges

Parents if your students ID badge has be lost or damaged, please note that it can be replaced for $3.

Parent Inventory and Consent to Test

Alief ISD is currently accepting Kindergarten referrals for Alief’s Gifted and Talented program If you would like to refer your student for GT testing, please complete the Parent Inventory and Consent to Test form by November 20, 2021.

Although Alief is currently distributing meals free of charge to the community, it is very important that these applications are completed and returned to your child's teacher. These applications help our campus receive additional funding that directly benefits students through resources, program, and supplies. Please click on the link below for more information.

We would like to thank our parents for the heathy lunch choices you are making for your student, whether it is receiving lunch from school or bringing something from home. If you are packing a lunch from home please be mindful that cookies and chips alone are not nutritional and should not be the only item packed. Our students have to get through a full day and we want then to have a well balanced lunch to help carry them through the day.

Please help support your community and your house, by donating a new toy!
