Education Service Center Region 6 is very excited to offer a Science Professional Learning Series for the '23-'24 school year. This is a series of 5 intentionally planned and scheduled professional learning sessions to promote success in your science classroom! Each individual session is $100, or register now for all 5 for the discounted price of $400!

Texas K-8 Mobile STEM Lab

In partnership with Learning Undefeated, TEA introduces the Texas Mobile STEM Laboratory program for the 2021-22 school year. The mobile lab will provide engaging, hands-on educational experiences for students and teachers using a custom-outfitted STEM learning space. The Texas Mobile STEM Labs are custom outfitted STEM learning spaces built from modified shipping containers.

Did you know that water freezes when its temperature is lowered to 32 degrees Fahrenheit? This means that at this temperature (or lower), water turns from a liquid into a solid. Frozen water is all around us, like the snow that falls in the wintertime, the ice rinks we skate on, the ice cubes that chill our drinks and the freezers that keep our food cold.
