He ruled China from 246 B.C to 210 B.C. He managed to create magnificent and enormous projects. He created cultural and intellectual growth, and much destruction within China. He was the first emperor of the Qin dynasty. He was one of the most important rulers of China.
Biography
He was only 13 years old when he took the throne, so his prime minister acted as his regent for eight years. Qin had the most powerful army. He abolished any existing nobility and replaced them with appointed officials. He built a network of roads with Xianyany as it's capital. He also simplified the Chinese script.
