Updated Calendar
There was an error in the January calendar in last week's newsletter. Monday, January 18 is no school for Martin Luther King Jr. Day; resulting in Wednesday, January 20 being a full day of school with both preschool sessions being held. On Wednesday, January 27, there is no PM Preschool. The updated calendar is below for download.

STGRSD Weekly Meal Kits
The School Nutrition Department is excited to pilot “Weekly Meal Kits” beginning Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Each free meal kit will contain breakfast and lunch for one student for 5-days, the equivalent of a week’s worth of meals. Meal kits will be available for pick-up on Tuesday evenings, from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., at the Powder Mill School Main Entrance. Kits will contain information about storage and preparation.
These free kits must be reserved ahead of time each week, by 10:00 a.m. the Friday prior to pick-up. Make your reservation today using the form on the District website: https://www.stgrsd.org/departments/school_nutrition
Daily free meal service will continue without interruption.
Free meals are available to all students during the 2021/2021 school year, whether in-person or learning remotely, regardless of financial means. If you have questions about accessing school meals, please contact our School Nutrition Department at 413-569-6870 or via email at food@stgrsd.org.

Flu Vaccine Deadline Extended
The state Department of Public Health has extended the deadline for students to receive an influenza vaccine to Sunday, February 28. An updated FAQ is available for download and will soon be available in additional languages. An updated list of immunizations required for school entry is available for download.
