The Week Ahead

The 1st semester midterm is Tuesday. Please be sure to send a midterm report home to the parents/guardians of those students that have a D, F, or who are under performing. These reports should be sent by Friday.

In an attempt to add more content and communicate what is going on in our departments, we will be devoting part of one of our Thursday afternoon meetings each month to developing a department submission for the newsletter. This can include pictures (videos?) and anything you would like to communicate to our community. I will explain more and answer questions on Thursday afternoon.

Service Day is Friday. Please be sure to check your group. This is an awesome day for our students, staff, and community. Thanks to Shelly and Kara for their work on organizing this day. Thank you for your help in making the day a success. Hopefully the weather cooperates with us.

Have a great week!

Morning Prayer This Week

Oct 22-Oct 26: Prayer of Saint Michael

St. Michael the Archangel,

defend us in battle.

Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.

May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,

and do thou,

O Prince of the heavenly hosts,

by the power of God,

thrust into hell Satan,

and all the evil spirits,

who prowl about the world

seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

9th Grade Retreat on Tuesday

The 9th graders and assigned RTL's will be gone on Tuesday for the retreat.

Mass on Wednesday

we have Mass at 2:15 on Wednesday. Please be sure to accompany your students to the gym and remind them to be quiet as they proceed to the gym.

Full Faculty Meeting on Thursday

We will meet briefly at 2:30 to discuss conferences. The rest of the time should be spent in department meetings to create your submission for the newsletter. This will be discussed as a full faculty.

ACT's on Saturday

Please be sure to have your rooms clean for ACT's on Saturday. An email should be going out to let you know who's rooms are being used for testing.

Halloween is Next Wednesday

Students and staff will be able to dress up for Halloween next week. Costumes should be appropriate and not distracting. That applies to the students as well.

Bell Schedule Changes Next Week

Mass is on Thursday (All Saint's Day) next week. Therefore, the bell schedules for Wednesday and Thursday need to be changed. They were shared last week and are attached below. There will still be intercession.
