PTA is having a general meeting in the Ozark West Library on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 5:00 pm. All PTA members are welcome to attend.
End of 1st Quarter
The end of 1st quarter will be on October 13th.
1st Grade Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch - October 19
Our 1st graders will be going to the Pumpkin Patch on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. They will leave on the bus at 9:00 and will return at 1:15 pm
This time of year, it’s easy to raid the Halloween candy bag or head to the nearest stores discounted candy isle, only to realize that you’re down to your last few pieces before the first week of November is over.
It’s okay, we’ve all been there. If you have a sweet tooth, a healthy alternative is cooking with natural sugars like molasses, raw honey, and maple syrup. These ingredients are high in antioxidants, minerals, and nutrients while still being able to satisfy that sweet craving.
Nurse Information:
The nurse has asked for everyone to please keep an extra set of clothes in their backpacks. You never know when you might get something spilled on you, have an accident, get dirty at recess, etc. The nurse has a small amount of extra clothes, but it would be helpful if everyone would bring their own in their backpack. Thank you!
