School Nutrition Offers FREE Remote Learning Day Meal Kit

To ensure children have continued access to essential nutrition, Fulton County School Nutrition is increasing efforts to expand meal kit distribution for enrolled Fulton County students. School Nutrition will provide students a one-day meal kit at no charge for the May 24, 2022, Remote Learning Day. No registration necessary


Autrey Mill Meal Kits will be distributed:

Day: Tuesday

Date: May 24th

Where: In bus line outside of Cafeteria

Hours for distribution: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT CLINIC INFORMATION

Please remember to pick up any medication (prescription or non-prescription) your child may have in the clinic by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 26th.


Any medication left in the clinic at the end of that day, including year round medications, over the counter and prescription medications, will be discarded.


Remember that a new Medication Authorization form and/or Health Care Plan for your child will have to be competed by you and your physician for the 2022-2023 school year.

Are you moving over the summer?

Summer is often a time when families move and transfer their children to another school. If this is something that your family is planning, please let the Counseling Office know, as it is helpful to know which students are not returning and where they are going. The student’s records will be sent once a Request for Records is requested by the new school through ScribOrder: https://fultonga.scriborder.com/

Device Collection Information

Students will turn in their school laptops, charging cords, and hot spots on May 25th for a summer clean. Please make sure that students have their devices at school on this day. The only students keeping their devices over the summer are those registered to attend summer school. If a student receives a fine for a missing or broken device/charger, they will receive a paper notice on this day.

FCS COVID 19 Reporting Procedures

FCS COVID 19 Reporting

Due to the ever-changing nature of this pandemic, the district will continue to monitor COVID data and recommendations, consult with public health officials, and make additional adjustments as necessary. If your child is sick, please keep them home. Families are still required to report a confirmed positive case of COVID-19, a pending COVID-19 test result (regardless of the reason for testing), and a direct contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive. FCS student/parents must use the Parent Reporting Portal to make the COVID-19 report.

JCHS PTSA Seeks Interested Volunteers for 2022-23 School Year

The Johns Creek High School PTSA invites you to volunteer with us in the upcoming school year. Positions on the Board include Recording Secretary and VP Staff Support.
