Malware
Isaac Ulmer
Hackers use several types of Malware to accomplish their goals. One of these is the Trojan Horse. The Trojan Horse was a massive, wooden horse the Athenians used as a seemingly friendly gift, that ended up destroying the entire City-state of Troy. In the same sense, a seemingly friendly link sent by email is actually loaded with cookies and viruses that download themselves onto your computer the second you click it. Another type of Malware is an Infected Cookie. The hacker plants hundreds of tiny text files with one virus in each of them. When accessing the webpage, the cookies immediately download to your hard drive and freeze it's processes, while transfering all the information stored to the hacker. This leaves your computer a useless wreck, and leaves you without an identity.
