What is Suspension Training?

Suspension Training is a system that uses gravity and your body weight for an effective total body workout. We will have a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5 people per class. So gather four of your friends and see what Suspension Training can do for you!

Michelle Pallozzi, Owner and Operator of Hooked On Fitness LLC is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Massage Therapist and Diet/Nutrition Coach. Michelle has been training her clients for 5+ years throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware County area. She is also a 5 time NGA Figure Competitor as well.
