Food: Meat, fruits and vegetables, cheese, sugar, bread, milk, tea, coffee, dessert, soupWork: Women didn’t usually go to work. They stayed home and the men went to work. Some peasants had to work for free, but they argued to the landowners and eventually tried to change it. There work started when the sun came up and ended when the sun went down. Peasants worked on the fields planting crops.
