Our Mission
The freedom to read, write, view and listen is fundamental to the education of all students. The Library Media Program of the Dearborn Public Schools provides essential opportunities for students to explore literature and other creative expressions of information, improve academic and research skills, and develop an appreciation of reading.
Mrs. Harrison, Geer Park Librarian
Connie Harrison received her Master's degree in Library & Information Science and her Ed. S. in Administration from Wayne State University and has been a school librarian since 1997. She grew up in Dearborn and resides here with her husband and Shih Tzu, Teddy. She enjoys helping others with books, research, and technology. In her spare time you can find her performing in local theatrical productions, and of course, reading! Her favorite authors are J.K. Rowling, Shel Silverstein, Robert San Souci, Robert Munsch and many more.
