Willard Middle School
WE LEARN. WE LEAD. WE SUCCEED.
Announcements
What are our thoughts about having FOCUS this week on Wednesday and Thursday? Teams please ask all your team mates and let me know by the end of the day on Monday.
- There will not be any meetings after school on Monday so we need all hands on deck as soon as school is out to set up!
- Teachers need to get conference items and chairs down to the upper gym (core) and upper gym lobby (encore) asap, and then report to the lower gym to set up.
- The lower gym will be set up in a "Game of LIFE" theme. There will be 2 paths, and multiple game stations.
- We will need teachers to man the game stations throughout the night. So, when you do not have parents in the upper gym please come down to rotate in and give other teachers a break.
- We will be providing food and there will be a chance for families to win prizes.
- The purpose of this night is to interact with families and enjoy our community together. So please mix and mingle! :)
- As we get a little more info from Student Lighthouse Team about the students workers and their roles, we will get you more specifics on what we need to do.
Food Crew - Greenhaw, Urban, Proctor, Wilcox and Compton - We would like to see if you can get the food up and going right after school while others are gathering their supplies and getting things to the upper gym.
