The water cycle

How the water circulates around the earth´s surface
First, evaporation takes place. Where hot water turns into a gas called water vapor and the water vapor rises into the clouds, which makes it to evaporate. Next, condensation takes place. When a gas like water vapor condenses and turns into a cloud. Then, precipitation occurs. When water falls from the clouds as rain, snow, sleet, hail etc. Then, transpiration happens. When water is taken in and used by plants then the plant releases the water as a vapor. Last, filtration occurs. Where the underground water filters down and moves into the ocean. The whole process starts over again!
