Parent/Guardian Survey
If you have not already done so, please complete the Say Yes Parent/Guardian Survey. Davis is a Say Yes school, so we have additional staff and support services to help ensure students graduate and receive assistance with their college application process.

MANDATORY STUDY HALL on Mondays & Fridays for Students with QTR 1 Incompletes

Join Mr. Germaine's Virtual After-School Workouts Families and students are invited to join his Tuesday and Thursday Zoom workouts from 2pm - 2:45pm. Students can use this as makeup work for PE if needed. This is a good way to destress for us as well. Extra Help From Teachers
Cleveland State University Tutors Available Remotely to ALL STUDENTS
Tutors are available during asynchronous time.

Tutors can help: understand and complete assignments, read, write and proofread, organize assignments and manage your time, study for upcoming tests

Class of 2021 Spotlight: Tacari Blevins
I'm still undecided. I have a passion for football and would like to play in college. I've applied to Akron and Youngstown and hope to play there and major in sports management. My back up plan is to go to a trade school and pursue a career in heating and cooling.

From Mr. Markusic, our College Now Advisor
We will be hosting a FAFSA night where you and your student can work with Mr. Markusic to submit the FAFSA. This will be held Tuesday, December 15 from 4pm-8pm. Each appointment is an hour, so be sure to sign up quickly! You can sign up at https://tinyurl.com/DavisFAFSA1215. Sophomore & Junior Parents: Three times a year, College Now runs an after-school SAT preparation program called impact!. We are still offering this program while school is virtual, and our next session runs from January 11-March 12. Students who participate and successfully complete the program will receive additional support in math, reading, grammar, and college and career exploration, as well as a $200 stipend. This program is open to any student in Cuyahoga County, but Davis students should choose "CPL-Main" as their location. Virtual college tours scheduled
CMSD’s Parent University program has scheduled virtual tours of college campuses for students and their families.
The District’s Family and Community Engagement Department typically schedules in-person campus tours in the fall but had to cancel those plans this year due to the threat of COVID-19.
