Title I Parent Survey
Hello WRJH Families!!
As you may know, Waggoner Road JH is a Title I funded school. This means that WRJH receives supplemental federal Title I funds to assist in meeting students' educational goals.
We have implemented some new Title I programming this year and would like your feedback to assist us with planning for next school year. Please take a few minutes to complete the attached Title I Parent Survey below. If you have any questions, please contact the Main Office at 614-501-5700.
Students Not Attending the Washington D.C. trip:
Have you ever wondered how social and civic groups led to the attainment of group and/or individual goals? Does this sound like a Studies question? It is! You will figure this answer out while seeing the Avengers Endgame!
Ever been to an Escape Room or played the game of Clue? Wondered what it’s like to sit in on a City Council Meeting? You will have the opportunity to visit Reynoldsburg City Hall and experience different aspects of what is like to run a city effectively and efficiently.
Do you remember kinetic, potential and mechanical energy discussions in Science class? Do you remember measuring distance and speed? Are you ready to apply this knowledge while bowling and playing games? Get ready to show what you know at Rule 3.
School expectations still apply, and Administration may remove students from the trip if there are violations of the Student Code of Conduct.
Permission slips were sent home with students today. They are due back along with the $25.00 payment by Friday, May 4, 2019.

Attendance Policies/Information
In compliance with the Ohio General Assembly and House Bill 410, absences are no longer counted as how many days missed, but by how many hours of school missed. Therefore, if a student misses 38 or more hours within a given month, or 65 or more hours within the year, excused or unexcused, we are required to send a letter to notify you of the hours missed. Our notification is not a judgment on the reason for the absence, simply the application of the law. Our team – including your child’s teachers, social worker and building administrators – is here to partner with you on your child’s educational journey.
Please remember that you must report school absences for EACH DAY that your child is absent by contacting Mrs. Bobbi Butler at bbutler@reyn.org or calling 614-501-5700.
