Morning Meeting
This week the discussions have been so great. Please know that you have more information each day than you are able to cover. You are able to decide parts to teach and parts that you might move past each day. Thank you for having these valuable conversations with our kids!!!
Team Lunch
Our Specials team will once again cover your lunch duty for teams to have a lunch together once a month. Typically on the first Monday of the month.
Raccoon TRACKS-Book Study (Facilitators in Parenthesis)
We will meet for our Summer Book Study Share. Below are the titles and the facilitators. We will meet on Wednesday at 3:30 in the location listed. For those of you who did not have a book, choose one that interests you.

Bagels and Books
Friday from 7:15-8:00, we will have families here for a Book Fair event. Families will enjoy a bagel with their student on the K/1 basketball court and then be able to go in to enjoy the book fair.

Sept. 18th - Kickoff for read for a better life...have activities and readers come to your class.
September 20th @ 8:30 storybook parade.
Raccoon Den
Raccoon Den is a new incentive that will be implemented for the 2019-2020 school year.
The cost for the Raccoon Den is 250 tickets.
The location for the Raccoon Den will be room 400.
To have a student go to the Raccoon Den on a Friday (for ticket time) you must sign up on the calendar that is located on the door of the room.
The Raccoon Den will be open on Friday of each week from 12:00-1:00. There will be 10 slots open each week.
Once a month the Grade Content Leader will lead an SEL celebration during lunch/recess choosing 10 students from the grade level who have exemplified the skill being taught.
