RBES Update and Class Profiles Due Today

Please have your RBES mid-year information updated no later than Friday, January 23.

Class Profiles should also be completed by January 23. Thanks.

Stellar Sub Changes

After much thought and consideration, Ms. Miko has decided to resign as our stellar sub. Her decision was based upon the need to spend more time with her family. She has assured me she will continue to be a substitute teacher for Mountain Park. However, this change will provide her with the flexibility needed to take time off for family when necessary. Please join me today in saying thank you to Ms. Miko for the classroom support she has provided for the past two years. Ms. Miko, you will be missed.

NAEP Testing on January 28

Next Wednesday morning, January 28, the majority of our fourth-grade students will participate in the annual National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).

Please be mindful of this as we maintain silent hallway transitions.

If you are interested, the following link provides more information about the NAEP test:

eCLASS Training

Next Tuesday, Heather will share an update on eCLASS as we continue to improve our online presence to support student learning.

Secondly, we are moving electronically with our staff calendar. Please bring your laptop to the meeting and we will walk you through the changes in Lotus Notes that will provide you with an updated calendar.

Be the reason someone dances this week!

OK...I enjoy Kid President. For some reason, his videos bring a smile to my face.

Below is his latest post in which one comment stuck with me, "be the reason someone dances this week." What a cool "kid president" way to say that we should be a positive influence on others...

Have a great weekend!
