Dear families,

If you know your child will NOT ATTEND the trip to D.C., please email me as soon as possible. Please include your child's full name in the message.

Starting in the new year, students who are not registered will start to receive personal email reminders via Aspen from John Murzycki, my administrative assistant for the trip. Once you are fully registered on both sites, or have reported your child as not attending, you will be removed from the email list. Registration closes February 9th.

February 1: Arbiter Sports (Family ID) forms are due

February 9: Registration due on Academic Expeditions (AE)

March 15: Final payment due to AE

To request financial assistance:

1st: Submit the SPS Financial Aid Form.

2nd: Submit the D.C. Financial Assistance Request Form.
