Livestock Expo at Agro Tech 2012

“Agro Tech”, which has become a ritual over the years, is scheduled from Saturday 1 to Tuesday, 4 December 2012 at the Parade Ground, Chandigarh, India.

For years this premier biennial Agro Technology and Business Fair has evolved and displayed a new vision, in terms of organization and communication to become the destination for Agriculture, Poultry Management, Livestock Management, Dairy Management and Food industries/professionals and offer them the opportunity to promote their products and highlight their innovations. The event also allowed exhibitors to get directly in touch with their customers & listen to them, know their aspirations & exchange ideas to maximize their sales.

Although the previous edition of Agro Tech 2010 supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India, had attracted over 250 exhibitors from Canada, France, Germany, South Korea, UK, Australia, India, Italy, Spain & USA with products range from Agri Implements/Tools, Livestock, Fishery, Poultry/Dairy, Farm Machinery, Farm Management, Banks & Insurance providers. It was able to bring in new customers from different regions to a good control of sale prices and retails spaces to ensure profitability to the participants. It was visited by over 85,000 visitors including 40,000 farmers from 10 Indian States Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand & Uttar Pradesh with Special farmers delegation from Afghanistan.
