Contingency for Grade 5 and 6 funding
Our school is excited to share some good news for the parent school community. Last week our school applied for contingency (extra funds for staffing) to help with areas of need in the school. Monday, received a phone call that we were approved for more co-teacher time in helping support & break out the Gr 5 & 6 classes in the subjects of Math and Language arts. Helping to improve the literacy and numeracy needs of our students.
The School staff is in the planning stages of how to effectively use the increase in of funding to help the students in the school. Thank you to Parent Council for supporting our requests for contingency, your support and dedication makes our school better.
