Becoming a Fashion Designer !

To become a Fashion Designer, you have to be able to do everything that is asked. You will have to have knowledge of certain subjects. The cluster you will be in is Manufacturing. You will need to know how to design and how to speak the English Language. You will also have to know certain skills to succeed in this career. This job outlook is not that fortunate. People interested in this work like activities that include creating, designing, and making your own rules. They do well at jobs that need attention to detail, innovation, dependability, initiative, adaptability and flexibility, and achievement and effort.

Basic Skills and Abilities Needed !

Some things you will have to master is listening to other and thinking about pros and cons.

Also, noticing a problem and figuring out this best way to solve it is the best way to work things out. Changing what’s done based on people actions and understanding people’s reactions helps make all creations better. You will also have to communicate by speaking, listening, and understanding what people say. Always create new and original ideas and come up with ideas, but be sure to pay attention to something w/o being distracted

Technology Needed !

The technology you will need is Autodesk, AutoCAD, Design Suite, and C-Design Fashion, Adobe systems, Adobe illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop software, and Microsoft Excel.

What Will You Do ?

1. You would direct and coordinate workers involved in drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples or finished garments. You would also examine sample garments on and off models, modifying designs to achieve desired effects. You will sketch rough and detailed drawings of apparel or accessories, and write specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements
