You can’t be an effective and successful leader to your children if you aren’t a leader of your own life.
I thought "Family Leadership: Becoming a Successful and Effective Parent Leader" was an insightful article and I wanted to share it with you. If you can, read it before our Mid-Point Gathering on Saturday. We focus on leadership skills on Saturday as well as discovering more about YOU and your personality/communication and leadership style!
