HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Monday, October 31st, the students will be celebrating Halloween with an all school costume parade and classroom parties. The outdoor parade begins at 2:15 pm. Parents may view the parade from the front lawn/flagpole area or the parking lot. In case of inclement weather, the parade will be canceled. Students may not wear scary costumes or scary masks. We will not allow any costumes with guns, blood, swords, knives, or other weapons. Thank you for your help in making this a fun and exciting day for our students.
Book Fair
Our Fall Book Fair will take place in the Canterbury Library on Friday, November 4th. Students will be previewing the book fair during the week leading up to the fair during the school day. November Restaurant Night
Raising Canes will be sponsoring the November Restaurant Night on November 9th from 4pm-9pm. Mention Canterbury when you order and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Canterbury.

In ParentVue under documents you will find your child's results from the FastBridge testing done this Fall. If you have any difficulty accessing ParentVue, please email hd@d47.org and someone will assist you.

Community Harvest Food Drive
Canterbury is proud to support the Crystal Lake Food Pantry and looks forward to participating in the 32nd annual Community Harvest Food Drive. Last year, District 47 schools donated 7,723 pounds of food, which equates to nearly 6,500 meals! See this year’s flyer for most wanted food and household items. Monetary donations are also appreciated; checks can be made payable to the Crystal Lake Food Pantry. Donations will be accepted until Friday, November 18.
