Low Carb Brownies
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups Splenda
1 tbsp vanilla
6 tbsp cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 350°F
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
Sit to cool for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs until mixed.
Gradually beat in Splenda until the mixture is fluffy.
Slowly drizzle chocolate mixture into your egg mixture, beating constantly.
Your mix should now be very thick, Beat in sifted Cocoa until smooth.
Spread batter into a greased roll pan.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until top is puffed and cracked.
Cool for 1 hour.
Low Carb Muffins
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Butter a muffin tin with 12 spaces for your muffins
- Mix dry ingredients
- Then mix in the other ingredients
- Spoon mixture into the muffin tin
- Bake for 15 min
