Mrs. Inman's Happenings
Each week we teach the children strategies to support their independent reading.
This week the students will learn that: " Readers get help when they need it." and "Readers think about the story to solve hard words." As you read with your child in the evening, encourage them to use some of the strategies they are learning at school.
This week's phonics skill is short /oo/ as in book.
Students will finish up module 3 on measurement and graphing. We will take our end of the module assessment this week.
