The spring regional planning meetings have been set and are ready for registration. We hope that you will bring a small team to the meeting closest to you (offered in four locations). At these meetings, we will be sharing DETAILED information regarding the PD required for the LAU requirements as well as the options for getting the new EL T.O.R. trained/certified. Tami, along with our regional EL Coaches, Lori North and Brenda Ward, will facilitate the meetings and be there to answer questions and guide your planning. All meetings will be from 9-12pm EST.

March 17 - WVEC - West Lafayette

April 21 - Region 8 - Fort Wayne

I met with the IDOE Title III team on Thursday, December 12. We have run into some complications with the COURSE WORK piece of the EL T.O.R. Rubric. We may not be able to partner with Purdue Calumet. However, we are investigating other options. AT THIS POINT.....IDOE will be offering another round for those interested in getting reimbursed for EL courses to fulfill this piece of the rubric. When this option is offered again, you may want to apply to make sure you are covered. We hope to get this worked out to offer through the TITLE III Consortium, but do not know if it will be possible yet. Final information on this piece of the EL T.O.R. will be shared at the spring regional meetings, as well as detailed options for your district.
