Principal's Message
“March, when days are getting long, Let thy growing hours be strong to set right some wintry wrong." -Caroline May
Dear Hays High School Parents & Students,
As we enter the month of March, spring brings us new opportunities, new life and the chance to focus on a strong finish to the 20-21 school year. The quote above tells us that no matter how things were in the past, March gives us all an opportunity to set some things right. With 62 school days left, each one of those 62 brings us a new challenge and opportunity. If you are doing well in school, keep doing that, focus on another area in life you wish to improve. If you are struggling academically, you still have the opportunity to set goals and meet them. No matter where you stand at the moment, know that my staff at Hays High School is here to help you improve and get better everyday. Please reach out if we can help you.
Also make sure to read the info on upcoming scholarships as the deadlines are right around the corner!
Thank you for your support!
David R. Pierce
Principal, Hays High School
