Sole Proprietorship
How It Works
Function
A sole proprietorship is a business owned by one person in which the owner is liable for the obligations in the business. This is the easiest form of business to get started of the three main business organizations. Some examples of this would be entrepreneurship, a store owner, or even a lemonade stand!
Though it is the least expensive, it is the most risky.
